Without a doubt, the Similan Islands are one of the most beautiful National Marine Parks in Thailand. Located on Thailand’s West Coast, and around two hours (70km) out to sea. The Similan Islands are home to some of the richest nature, wildlife and marine life in all of the kingdom. It’s possible to see the Leatherback Turtles in the Similan Islands, along with 4 other turtle species and a whole bunch of other marine life. So it should go without saying that Snorkelling is included on these tours. Five Star Thailand would like to inform you that protection orders imposed at the Similan Islands mean there is a cap on the amount of day visitors, for this reason we do not accept last minute reservations on these tours. The islands are open for tourism during peak season months and are closed to the public out of season, in order to protect the nature and wildlife.
