Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd. Terms & Conditions.

Terms and conditions must be read, agreed and signed before completing any booking via this website.

Changes to arranged services:

Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd, and any of our partners or subsidiaries reserve the right to amend, alter or cancel any service at any time, for any reason deemed necessary. In the event of any changes to arranged services Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd will attempt to inform customers at our earliest possible convenience. We reserve the right to make amendments to any service without giving prior notice.

Cancelations & delays:

Cancellations may be carried out for the safety and well-being of guests. In the event of a service cancelation or delay, Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd are not liable for any loss, damage or injury which may arise. Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd cannot be held liable for any expenses which may occur due to a cancelation or delay; including but not limited to: accommodation, food & beverages, alternative transportation. Additional expenses so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the guest.

Checking-in:

The check-in (or meeting location) can be found on the information page for each service and is visible to guests before making a reservation. This information will also be conveyed to the guest via email after a reservation has been placed. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to be at the meet point in good time. Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd will not re-reimburse any guests who fail to check-in. Our refund & cancelation policy still stands for guests who mistake Phi Phi Island & Phuket as the same place.

Boarding:

Guests must arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, failure to do so will result in the reservation becoming immediately void. In the event of a reservation becoming void, Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd will not offer any refunds or a reschedule. If you are unable to check-in on time, please contact us before the check-in time.

Unaccompanied children:

Guests below the age of 16 years will be denied boarding unless the child is accompanied by a paying adult of at least 18 years of age. Any child tickets purchased are valid only for person(s) aged 3-11 years who are accompanied by a paying adult over the age of 18 years.

General Behaviour:

Guests must comply with the instructions from the staff & employees of Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd, and any of our partners or subsidiaries – concerning all matters connected with the service. Guests should comply with any notices displayed on any vessel or vehicle. Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd reserves the right to remove a guest during service or refuse to carry a guest altogether without assigning any reason.

Physical Notice:

We recommend caution for any guests traveling who are pregnant or have any heart or back problems or other physical impediments. We reserve the right to deny boarding to any persons we believe are unfit to travel. Refunds may be issued only at the discretion of Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd. We also recommend a high degree of caution for parents traveling with infants (under 3 years old). Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd, and any of our partners or subsidiaries shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liabilities under any circumstances, in respect of loss, damage, injury, accidents, death or physical harm.

Luggage & Personal Belongings:

Luggage storage is not provided on our tours and its recommend guests bring the minimum amount of possessions possible. For travel services dedicated luggage storage areas are provided and guests are welcome to each bring (2 pieces of luggage) one large and one small suitcase/backpack. Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd, and any of our partners or subsidiaries reserve the right to check the contents of any baggage and to refuse baggage items. Travelers carry valuable or fragile items at their own risk. Such items include money, jewelry, electronic devices, computers, cameras, video equipment, negotiable papers, passports and other identification documents. Five Star Group Thailand accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal possessions.

Payments:

Fares and charges are only payable in the currency Thai Baht (THB(฿)) unless otherwise specifically stated by Five Star Group Thailand Co Ltd. All fares, prices, trip schedules, routes published, and services are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Fares include all administration fees, taxes, service charges, and other charges unless otherwise specifically stated by us. National Park fees may be excluded from some tours, please check the tour information if you are unsure.

Language:

The language of these Terms & Conditions is English and even though there may be translations of these Terms & Conditions in other languages, English shall be the sole language used in the interpretation.
