More than a decade in the Phi Phi Islands 💛
We are here to assist you and will do our best to respond promptly. If you have any inquiries about our private boat tours or Phi Phi Island, or if there is anything else we can assist you with, please send us a message using your preferred chat app. In most cases we’ll get back to you within 2 hours (during our working hours). Please note that if connecting from overseas, our Time Zone is GMT+7 and it may take longer to get a response. You may also find answers to your questions in our frequently asked questions section.

Our support hours are 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. We are located on Phi Phi Island, which used Thailand/Bangkok Time Zone. We aim to reply to messages within 2 hours during our open times.
Our Telephone Support has been discontinued in favor of our messaging apps. This allowing us to focus more time into creating the best tours, while staying in touch with our guests easier.
We make it as simple as possible to chat with us. Whatever messaging app you prefer, it doesn’t matter. We aim to reply to your message within 2 hours during working times.

We are based on Koh Phi Phi. However, we kindly ask for your understanding as our office is not open to the public. To make things convenient, we can only accept reservations online.

Temporary Closure: Aug - Sept.
During the environmental protection at Maya Bay, beach access will be prohibited annually from 1st August to 1st October. However, you can still enjoy the beautiful beach and take photos from the boat. (The Phi Phi Islands are still open, and the Pirate Boat is operational).
