Guest Relations Manager Phuket

Thai candidates are preferred for this position. Thai Speaking, foreign applicants may be considered under specific circumstances.

Bangkok/Phuket Full-time
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff.
  • Direct, coach and manage guest relations team to ensure full compliance to the companies, SOP’s, policies, and service standards
