James Bond Private Longtail Boat Tour with Canoeing & Viewpoint

One of the highlights of our Thailand trip!

Beautiful, unique nature and an unforgettable experience! 🌿 We booked the James Bond Island Private Longtail Boat Tour with Five Star Thailand, and it was the perfect way to explore Phang-Nga Bay. The day was relaxed and well organized, with visits to stunning locations like James Bond Island, the Panyee Floating Village, and a peaceful canoeing session through the mangroves, plus a delicious buffet lunch at Koh Panyi. The highlight was the breathtaking Samet Nangshee Viewpoint, offering incredible panoramic views over the bay. Ruth and Fairry were absolutely wonderful—so sweet, fun, and easy to spend the day with. They made us feel very comfortable and special, and they took amazing photos of us throughout the tour. Their warm personalities truly elevated the entire experience and made it one we’ll always remember. 💚

Phi phi Island - must visit

We previously did the James Bond Island tour with this company and decided to book the Phi Phi islands. Our tour guide Boom was absolutely amazing and provided great service. She let us choose the itinerary based on what we wanted to see but also giving us suggestions. There was drinks and fresh food ready for us on the long tail boat, they provide lunch at the Relax resort and even snorkelling gear which we used after lunch. We were actually quite lucky on the day we went as the weather was agreeable and the crowds weren’t many! I highly recommend booking with Five Star!

We just finished our Samet Nangshe Sunrise + James Bond Island tour and it was wonderful! Our guide Boom was very energetic, passionate, and kind, and took many nice photos for us. We were picked up at our hotel in Phuket at 5am in order to see the sunrise at Samet Nangshe and although there were already many people when we arrived, it was magnificent. We then drove to the pier and hopped on a long tail boat to James Bond Island, walked around the island and took photos. Our next stop was a kayak ride through the mangroves and caves. Finally, we had thai brunch at Panvee Floating Village. This particular tour involves a lot of travel, rather than multiple island stops, snorkeling or swimming. The boat is a traditional longtail boat (not as luxurious as others we took and/or saw on our trip). That said, we really wanted to see the sunrise at Samet Nangshe + James Bond Island which is why we chose this particular tour and it delivered what we were looking for!

A big thank you to our guide, BOOM! We had a wonderful time on the tour today. The long ride to the boat was made easy with the comfortable van and capable driver. The captain (Harit) was excellent, as was the private longtail boat. Visiting the James Bond island, exploring the caves, eating at Panyee was incredible, to be surpassed only by the final stop atop Samet Nangshe for a sweet treat and beautiful vista of the islands. Highly recommend Five Star Thailand for this tour!

We did the James Bond tour yesterday and it was incredible. From the moment we got picked up, the van was comfortable, clean and the driver went out of his way to find us what we needed for the day. We arrived at our long tail boat it was beautiful and the captain helped us on and off at every stop. The Captain did amazing to never let us wait in line at stops to make the most of our time.. it ran so smoothly. It really lives up to the name '5 star'.. The whole day was perfect. It wouldn't have been, if not for our amazing tour guide "Boom". Every question and need we asked for, Boom definitely fulfilled it. She had us laughing all day, helped at every stop and made sure we got the best and most out of our tour. Boom was truly wonderful, we couldn't thank her enough. The five star tour group was organised from the booking stage right up to our drop off. That good, we have booked another two more the krabi and phi phi island tours with them.

Had such a good time on the private longtail boat tour! Our guides, Faye and Sunny, were so sweet (also took the best photos at the best angles). Red was our boat driver and it was a smooth ride. The lunch that was included was delicious. Very happy with them and would highly recommend booking through them!

Best day out ever, will book again!

From the minute we were picked up, to the minute we got dropped off, ruth looked after us! The tour exceeded our expectations massively, we booked the James Bond tour with canoeing but it was so much more! Ticked off so many things we wanted to do whilst in Thailand! Everything was so organised too, the day went super smoothly! The private boat as well was a massive bonus! Lunch was delicious too, highly recommend it is really good value for money! We will be booking another tour in the future with them

Best boat trip ever!

I had the best trip round the Phi Phi islands today on our long tail boat! Boom was the best guide, she was very knowledgeable and really friendly. Boom and the driver took us to the best spots. The views were beautiful and snorkelling was so fun!

Unforgettable Private Tour - Ruth is the Best!

We had an incredible experience on our private longtail boat tour with Five Star Thailand! From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. ​Our guide, Ruth, was phenomenal. Her English is excellent, which made communication so easy, and she did a fantastic job keeping us on schedule so we could see everything without feeling rushed. ​The itinerary was perfect for our family: ​Snorkeling: My children were thrilled with the three different snorkeling spots. The water was crystal clear and full of life! ​Monkey Beach: Seeing the monkeys and feeding them bananas was so special. ​The Service: We were well looked after with fresh fruit and plenty of water provided as snacks throughout the day. Ruth also sorted our lunch out on long beach in a restaurantsat over looking the beach and ocean. The table was waiting for us and the food came out pretty much as soon as we sat down. Ruth also took so many wonderful videos and photos which she sent to me on whatsapp. Normally Im the one taking all the photos and videos so its so nice to be in some with my children and all natural as well capturing every aspect of our day perfectly. This whole experience was good value you for money too as you get so much from it. ​If you’re looking for a personal, stress-free way to explore the islands and avoid the crowds, I highly recommend booking this private tour and asking for Ruth!
