The following cancellation policy will be in effect for services booked on, or after the 26th December 2021.
Reservations for all our tours and services are secured with a 20% deposit. The remainder is to be paid, in cash, on your tour; (non-refundable).
In the unlikely event we have to cancel a service, guests will always be entitled to a full deposit refund without admin charges.
We are closely monitoring the coronavirus travel restrictions. Our cancellation policies have been updated to reflect the ongoing situation. Being passionate about travel ourselves, we understand the uncertainties being faced. Our aim is remaining as flexible as possible, within reason, when it comes to cancellations.

20% deposits can be refunded in full, provided we are notified of your cancelation at least 24 hours prior to your departure. Bookings made for private services with fewer than 24 hours until the requested departure time are non-refundable, unless cancelled within 60 minutes of booking.
For example; A private boat tour booked for departure at 10.00am on January 20th can only be cancelled and refunded if we’re notified before 10.00am on January the 19th. The deposit would not be refundable if booked or cancelled any later.
Deposits can be refunded in full provided we are notified of your cancellation at least one (1) day prior to departure, before 5PM (local time).
For example; your tour is booked for January 20th, you must notify us before five o’clock on January 19th if you wish to cancel, with your deposit refunded. Cancelations made after the cut off, or on the same day are non-refundable.
(Refunds issued at the request of a guest will incur a 150THB administrative fee).
The weather in south-east Asia is often unpredictable. We operate tours in all (safe) weather conditions, if sea conditions are deemed as safe by the Department of National Parks then our services will operate as usual. Deposits cannot be refunded when a tour can or is operating as usual but a guest(s) chooses not to partake, (unless cancelled before 5PM the day before).
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed securely following European PCI compliance. This also allows our guests to retain the same level of payment protection usually offered by card issuers.
#Our refund policy for deposits remains the same regardless of the reason for cancellation. Including, missed travel connections, sickness, coronavirus, incorrect service booked, or incorrect date(s) booked.
##Last minute and same day deposits cannot be refunded, unless cancelled within 60 minutes of booking. Date changes can be made at our discretion and with valid reason.
