We’ll pick you up free of charge from any hotel on Phi Phi Islands. Enjoy a tasty Thai lunch on a remote beach. And visit incredible snorkelling spots; some of the most beautiful places in South-East Asia. We’ll get off the beaten track, spend more time away from the ‘touristic spots’ and more time at quieter locations known only to locals!
When you book a private boat trip, leave it all up to us! We’ll plan your tour route, and choose some delicious foods for your lunch! There’s no need to worry about anything, pass the planning over to us, relax and enjoy your holiday!

Our cost of a private longtail boat is pretty flexible! You only pay for what you want! Book for as little time or as much time as you need. There’s a base cost of ฿1,000. Then it’s ฿500 per person + ฿500 per hour.
Children under 12 join this trip free of charge!
National Park fees are not included. If you want to visit Bamboo Island you’ll need to pay ฿400 upon arrival. If you don’t want to pay this fee, don’t worry. We don’t have to visit Bamboo Island, we’ll still take you to some (even nicer) free beaches!
Picnic Lunch is provided at no extra cost on trips lasting five or more hours.
You can choose the departure time of your Private Longtail Boat! Leave at any time you like! Within reason. Want to catch the sunrise? or sunset? Sure! We’ll make it happen. (Let us know your desired departure time & hotel name on the booking page)
Our boat captain will even collect you from your hotel free-of-charge! – From any hotel on Phi Phi Island. There’s no roads or vehicles on the island, so we’ll park at the closest beach to your resort and walk you to the boat.

Our cheerful boat Captains are English Speaking! Ok! broken English! This is Thailand! But there won’t be any issues communicating with these guys! Our boat captains know these waters better than anyone else and are always happy to show off the best spots of their island home!
Using our local knowledge, we’ll visit the untouched & hidden beaches, the snorkelling spots that you won’t read about in the guidebooks. We’re certain most of the spots we visit, you won’t have heard of before! How can we be so sure? Some of these snorkelling spots & beaches don’t even have names!
Known only to locals, and largely missed out on by group tours, surprisingly, some of the most beautiful places in Phi Phi Islands are still the least visited.
We can also make stops at the popular, busier ‘touristic’ destinations at Phi Phi Leh island. Think spots like Maya Bay & Monkey Beach. So you won’t be missing out on anything by taking a private boat trip!
The Phi Phi Private Long Boat Tour is the most customisable tour we offer! If there are any places you’re desperate to see, (or desperate to avoid!) just let us know in the notes when booking and we’ll make sure you get to stop there! However, most guests trust in our local knowledge and are happy to sit back, relax and let us show you around our beautiful island!
Yes! You definitely won’t be going hungry on our private long-tail trip! On charters lasting from five to eight hours. We pre-pack some favourite southern Thai dishes to take on the trip with us! Whenever you’re feeling hungry, just let our boat captain know, and we’ll take you over to a secluded beach, roll out the picnic blankets and serve up your very own feast!
Typically, we’ll carry some classic Thai dishes, and there’s plenty to go around! Pad Thai, curries, fried rice and sides. If you have any special requests for your lunch, let us know when booking your long-tail boat! And if Thai food isn’t your thing, we can pack some western dishes instead. Vegan, vegetarians or those ‘allergic to Mayo’ – let us know and we’ll prepare a special meal for you!
*Picnic lunches are only supplied on trips lasting five or more hours. Fresh fruits & bottled drinking water is provided on all trips.
We’ll also be carrying some Pineapples on the boat, freshly grown on Phi Phi Island! Our captain will slice up and serve the fruit to replenish your energy after snorkelling & swimming.
Drinking water is obviously provided free of charge, We’ll carry a few packs of bottled drinking water onto the boat which you can help yourselves to at any time during the trip – It gets pretty hot in Phi Phi Islands, and we’d rather not have you dehydrated on the trip!
We don’t bring any drinks other than water, but we do have a chiller of ice on our boats. So if you wanted to bring along any soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, they can be kept cool and chilled throughout the day.
There are no extra charges to hire your mask & snorkel. Our equipment is well-maintained & sterilised after each trip. Most importantly, we don’t charge a deposit or rental fee to use our gear!
You can be completely flexible with the timings of a Private Longtail Boat Trip! Choose as little as one hour! Or as many as eight hours! Leave at the time you choose!
We can’t tell you how much time you need, really it comes down to how much time you want to spend on the trip. Choosing less time won’t mean you’ll have less fun, you might see a few less places, but you’ll still be seeing some beautiful places!
The amount of places you see isn’t what makes a trip great, but rather it’s which places you see that will make a great trip! That’s our job, and we take this pretty seriously, we want you to leave with awesome memories of your time with us, so we’ll make sure you see the best places in whichever amount of time you choose. We’ll have a mix between snorkelling & chilling out on the beaches.
As a rough guide, one to two hours is enough time to visit one or two stops. If you’re looking to get out just too see the sunset or just to snorkel at the shark point this is probably enough time. Three to five hours is enough time to get in plenty of snorkelling and make a stop on a beach or two. Six to eight hours – is enough time to see pretty much everything Phi Phi Island has to offer!
IMPORTANT: This private longboat charter is FROM Phi Phi Don Island, Around Phi Phi Islands- returning to Phi Phi Don. We cannot pick up in any other locations. With this package, we cannot pick you up in Bangkok, we cannot pick you up in Ao Nang or Krabi or Phuket. You MUST be staying in Phi Phi Islands. If you book this private long-tail boat and do not stay on Phi Phi Don, we lose a longboat & captain- for the day, so, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your booking. Please do not book this private boat hire unless you stay on Phi Phi Don.
Please don’t book this Phi Phi Island tour if you’re staying in Phuket. It’s pretty far to get from Phuket to Phi Phi Islands and we’re not going to let you make the journey on our Longtail Boat. Trust us; when we say that a 40KM ride on a Longtail, in a busy ferry lane is no fun! But don’t worry! You don’t have to miss out on this awesome Phi Phi Island experience because you stay in Phuket!
